Da, a fost \u0219i la sal\u0103 (acum dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni) \u0219i m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103 \u0219i salat\u0103 \u00een loc de cartofi pr\u0103ji\u021bi, joia. F\u0103r\u0103 rezultat, greutatea lui a r\u0103mas aceea\u0219i. Poate c\u0103 \u021bie \u021bi-e clar deja, poate c\u0103 \u0219i lui \u00eei e la fel de clar: f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103-\u0219i schimbe obiceiurile legate de ce m\u0103n\u00e2nc\u0103, ce bea \u0219i c\u00e2t\u0103 mi\u0219care face, rezultatul lui pe termen lung (greutatea) nu se va schimba, \u00een ciuda oric\u0103ror indicatori fancy pe care \u00eei m\u0103soar\u0103. Liderul ei mi se pl\u00e2nge c\u0103 rezultatele nu sunt pe m\u0103sura a\u0219tept\u0103rilor (cifr\u0103 de afaceri, profitabilitate). Au fost \u0219i la nutritionist (consultan\u021bi) \u0219i au acum o list\u0103 \u00eentreag\u0103 (dashboard) de indicatori (KPI\u2019s) pe care ar trebui s\u0103-i monitorizeze \u0219i \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 pentru a-\u0219i atinge obiectivele. Dar niciunul dintre acei KPI nu pot fi schimba\u021bi prin decizie, to\u021bi sunt dependen\u021bi de comportamentele repetate, normale, obi\u0219nuite, pe care le au indivizii din organiza\u021bie. Faptul c\u0103 activul numit cultur\u0103 nu este prev\u0103zut \u00een bilant poate fi un lucru bun. Faptul c\u0103 mul\u021bi lideri nu \u0219tiu s\u0103 verifice \u0219i s\u0103 men\u021bin\u0103 buna func\u021bionare a celui mai important activ, este un lucru r\u0103u. Prea mul\u021bi manageri dau ochii peste cap atunci c\u00e2nd aud termenul de cultur\u0103 \u0219i, sub pretextul lipsei de timp, invit\u0103 directorul de HR s\u0103 se ocupe de \u201echestiile\u201d astea \u201esoft\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revenind la liderul care se pl\u00e2nge de rezultatele organiza\u021biei, asem\u0103narea cu prietenul care vrea s\u0103 sl\u0103beasc\u0103 este evident\u0103. Ambii \u0219tiu c\u0103 rezultatul final pe care vor s\u0103 \u00eel schimbe vine din obiceiuri. Dar, a\u0219a cum prietenul zice c\u0103 nu se poate ab\u021bine de la Cola, la fel, liderul crede c\u0103 abordarea culturii este un lucru confuz, complicat, vag, soft, poate \u021bine de o \u201efor\u021b\u0103 superioar\u0103\u201d sau de noroc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nu este nimic soft \u00een gestionarea culturii! Este vorba despre aplicarea unor m\u0103sur\u0103tori la fel de precise ca cele din finan\u021be sau v\u00e2nz\u0103ri, care \u00ee\u021bi arat\u0103 corela\u021bia dintre comportamentele obi\u0219nuite ale oamenilor t\u0103i \u0219i aspira\u021biile tale de business. \u00cen lista \u00eentreb\u0103rilor \u201enormale\u201d legate de gestionarea unei afaceri (\u201eAm capitalul necesar?\u201d, \u201eAm mijloacele necesare de produc\u021bie?\u201d, \u201eAm sistemul informatic potrivit?\u201d, etc.) ar trebui s\u0103-\u0219i fac\u0103 loc \u0219i \u00eentrebarea \u201eau oamenii mei obiceiurile potrivite pentru a-mi atinge obiectivele de business?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gestionarea eficace a culturii necesit\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi. Vestea bun\u0103 este c\u0103 acestea pot fi dob\u00e2ndite. Vestea proast\u0103 este c\u0103 aplicarea acestor abilit\u0103\u021bi nu poate fi delegat\u0103. Este \u00een \u00eentregime responsabilitatea leadershipului organiza\u021biei tipul de cultur\u0103 pe care \u00eel creeaz\u0103, men\u021bine, \u00eentre\u021bine sau schimba.
